BETHESDA, Md., February 10, 2022– ROSS Management Services, a leader in multifamily property management in the Mid-Atlantic region, today announced that ApartmentRatings has named 20 ROSS communities as Award Winners for outstanding resident satisfaction scores in 2021. This number doubled over the number of winners last year!
In order to qualify for the award, the communities had to receive an epIQ Index community grade of A- (80.00) or better and a minimum of 5 reviews in the 2021 calendar year.
