The 98-unit apartment community is an adaptive reuse of warehouses built in the 1850s. The warehouses were thoughtfully converted into apartments with additional ground retail space. The unique community with luxury finishes and historic charm, is the second community in this owner’s portfolio to be managed by ROSS. This assignment also further expands ROSS’ territory in the Southern Virginia market.
ROSS will implement a more consumer-friendly operational strategy, revamp the community’s common areas, and improve the digital marketing efforts to bring Pohlig Box Factory up to the high market rents of Richmond, VA.
