BETHESDA, Md., January 21, 2021 – ROSS Management Services, a leader in multifamily property management in the Mid-Atlantic region, today announced that one of their communities, VistaView Apartments, has placed #3 Top Community Nationwide in the epIQ Index sponsored by Satisfacts and ApartmentRatings for the 2021 year.
SatisFacts and ApartmentRatings released their EPIQ Index Biannual Report announcing their Top 100 Communities Nationwide for 2021. The epIQ community ranking is an aggregate of the following metrics: Renter Ratings, Review Volume, Manager Review Engagement, Manager Review Response Time.
ROSS is proud to announce VistaView Apartments ranked #3 in the Top 100 Communities. VistaView continues to uphold their strong, competitive reputation as they managed to remain in the Top 100 Communities for nearly every month in 2021, while earning several #1 rankings for the months of June, July, September and October.
