\nBETHESDA, Md., November 25, 2020 – <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>ROSS Management Services, a leader in multifamily property management in the Mid-Atlantic region, today announced that one of their communities, Versailles Apartments, ranked in the top 25 communities nationwide in the epIQ Index sponsored by SatisFacts and ApartmentRatings. Two other ROSS communities, VistaView Apartments and Pohlig Box Factory, followed closely behind ranking in the top 250 communities nationwide.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The epIQ list was newly launched this year by SatisFacts in replacement of the “Recommend Score”. The epIQ is an aggregate of the following metrics:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

• Renter ratings (from both reviews and surveys)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
• Manager review response rate<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
• Review volume<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
• Manager review response time.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  ROSS Management Services partners with SatisFacts to deliver customer satisfaction surveys to its residents at various touch points during their lease term – at move-in, after every work order and prior to renewal – to determine their satisfaction with the level of service they have received.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
